

After being disappointed time and time again with pre-made granola from stores and restaurants, we decided that enough was enough and we needed to make our own! Well, this was a great decision because the result was the best granola we’ve ever tasted! No exaggeration…we have people that would vouch for us. This granola recipe only contains a few ingredients because we like to keep it simple and light but feel free to add extras such as raisins or dried fruit to spice it up to your taste! Without further ado, here is the recipe! P.S. we suggest you make this ASAP!

Homemade Healthy Granola

Ingredients
- 300 g rolled/jumbo oats
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp almond flakes
Instructions
- Combine all your ingredients together in a bowl.
- On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread your mixture onto the tray evenly.
- Place tray in the oven at 180*C for 20 minutes, or until brown, mixing every 5 minutes.
- Take out and enjoy fresh with your favourite yogurt or with milk as a cereal!
