Ingredients: 2 medium plantains; 4 cups chopped beef pieces on bone; 4 carrots; 3 tbsp tomato puree; Salt (to taste); 1 bay leaf; 6-8 cups water; 1 tsp thyme; 2 onions; 2 beef stock cubes; 8 garlic cloves; 1 tbsp ginger; 3 tbsp chilli (quantity to taste)
