Unfortunately, a slice of apple pie a day does not keep the fat away. So, we’ve have constructed a healthy and satisfying alternative, in the form of a smoothie, that honesty tastes like the real deal! Here is the recipe:

 

Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 tbsp organic, unsweetened apple sauce
  • 4 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 5 drops vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Combine all your ingredients in a blender and blend!
  • Optional- sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top for a visual kick! Enjoy!
