- 2 1/2 tbsp organic, unsweetened apple sauce
- 4 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 150 ml almond milk
- 5 drops vanilla essence

- Combine all your ingredients in a blender and blend!
