Instructions
In a bowl, add drained sardines, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp dried parsley.
Mash and mix together until a smooth paste.
Spread on wholegrain bread slice.
Serve with 1 portion of fruit for some added micronutrients.
