Ingredients
  

  • 1 wholegrain toast slice
  • 1 can sardines drained
  • 1/2 avocado medium
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp red onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add drained sardines, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp dried parsley.
  • Mash and mix together until a smooth paste.
  • Spread on wholegrain bread slice.
  • Serve with 1 portion of fruit for some added micronutrients.
