Ingredients
- 1 wholegrain toast slice
- 1 can sardines drained
- 1/2 avocado medium
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp red onion chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, add drained sardines, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, chopped red onion, chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp dried parsley.
- Mash and mix together until a smooth paste.
- Spread on wholegrain bread slice.
- Serve with 1 portion of fruit for some added micronutrients.
